Job Summary

As a Sales Supervisor, you will oversee and guide the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for coaching, motivating, and monitoring team performance while implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement. Your leadership will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, increasing policy sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

  • Monitor team performance, analyze sales reports, and provide feedback for improvement.

  • Train new and existing sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.

  • Assist in identifying potential clients and developing strategies for customer acquisition.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.

  • Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to improve sales campaigns and customer engagement.

  • Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new insurance products.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales or in a similar leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales goals.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.

  • Knowledge of life and health insurance products is a plus.

  • Insurance license is required, but if you're not licensed — we assist in the process.

  • Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Word/ Excel and Google Spreadsheet.
