Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and retain a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Consult with clients to identify their insurance needs and recommend customized solutions.
• Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and business owners.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting and claims, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare and present proposals, reports, and sales materials for clients.
   

Requirements:

✔ Familiarity with insurance products and services (a plus but not mandatory)
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
