Position Summary:
The Sales Consultant plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. This role combining sales support, and account management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-oriented, and motivated to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Account Coordination
- Respond to client inquiries and provide product or service information promptly and accurately.
- Process sales or service implementation, and follow up to ensure smooth transaction.
Customer Relationship Management
- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts to address questions, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure they are supported and aware of new products, promotions, or service enhancements.
- Monitor client accounts to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and relay them to the sales team.
- Research prospective clients and identify new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule meetings or policy demos with clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service departments to align messaging and ensure client success.
- Participate in team meetings, sales trainings, and strategy sessions to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or inside sales.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and communication tools like Zoom or Slack.
- Experience working in a target-driven or metrics-focused environment.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
