Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Specialist with a strong background in client acquisition. This is a full-time remote role, where the primary focus will be on assisting clients to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales, client outreach, and business development, preferably in the health and life insurance or policy industry.

• Conduct meeting to potential clients.
• Present AO Globe Life's services, portfolio, and capabilities convincingly to potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through calls, emails, and networking.
• Follow up after client meetings to close deals and drive revenue growth.
• Maintain a sales pipeline, track progress, and report weekly sales performance.
• Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets consistently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand policy requirements and marketing strategies.

✔️ An individual who is target-driven sales.

✔️ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

✔️ Ability to explain company services and convert leads into clients.

✔️ Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently under pressure.

✔️ Experience in health and life insurance policy or related industries is a plus.

✔️ Basic knowledge of policy and insurance is an advantage.

• Own laptop or computer with webcam, dedicated office space, and high-speed internet connection.
• Must have a reliable and fast internet connection and power backup to ensure uninterrupted work.
• Flexible to work Central time (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST), Monday to Friday.
