KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Excellent communication skills to handle different clients.
• Proven ability to represent AO Globe Life to clients and how we are a life-changer for various individuals.
• List and identify priority prospects
• Partner closely with assigned Account Executives to develop the territory (generate opportunities,  and assist with follow up)
• Acquire key prospect data from the initial conversation, the web & other sources, ensuring that clean and accurate data is entered and maintained.
• Hit & exceed monthly sales expectation.
• Learn from other team members by being a part of continuing education and trainings

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (preferred not required)
• Well-spoken, excellent written and verbal communications
• Insurance and policy industry experience is helpful (not required)
• Positive attitude and mentality
• Coachable, flexible, and self-motivated
• Diligent self-starter; someone with initiative
• Enthusiastic, and persuasive personality
• Motivated with career ambitions
• Strong organization and follow-up skills
• Resilient, doesn’t give up easily
