Your Day-to-Day

Who You Are

  • Experienced in customer service or support roles (1+ year preferred)

  • Friendly, patient, and empathetic—especially when solving problems

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable using technology and multitasking between systems

  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow
