• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best solutions to customers.
• Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., email, CRM software) are a bonus.
